Description
This is a SCP3 plug adapter manufacturered by UK company Power Connections. It is a re-usable electrical plug adapter designed to be used in the UK, Ireland or other country where the UK 3 pin power plug is found. The SCP3 electrical plug adapter has a hinged and screw locked retention cover which will accept and hold a CEE 7 Schuko round body (European) plug, converting it to a UK mains 13A plug.
Fused at 13 Amps The Euro plug fits completely inside the adapter which is then screwed closed.
The SCP3 is manufacturered to British Standard BS1363-5 and is Kite Marked. It is a completely safe solution to the issue of using round European style electrical plugs in UK style 3 pin electrical sockets.
